Sometimes things have a habit of changing unexpectedly. Don’t worry. If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel it free of charge so long as you do so within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. We do not pay for the return of goods. We will refund your money, excluding delivery charge, within 30 days of our receipt of the cancelled goods, provided they are in their original condition. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Our aim is to ensure you’re completely happy and enjoy shopping with us at Alexandra Roman.
We do all we can to make sure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
But if your item is unsuitable for any reason, you have up to 30 days from receipt to return it. Please see returns advice & conditions below.
Exchanges may only be made on alternative sizes of the same product.
In order to make an exchange please complete the returns form supplied with your order.
e.g stating the size you wish to exchange for. Please note all exchange requests are subject to stock availability. Exchanges can only be dispatched upon receipt of the returned item(s).
Simply complete your Returns Form and tick ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ next to your listed items. Please select one of the Reason Codes.
Then enclose the completed Returns Form within your parcel. Please note: We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size. If the size you want to exchange for is not available we will inform you by email and refund the total amount to your account.
We do not currently offer pre-paid UK/International returns, therefore, we advise you use a tracked service (via Royal Mail or another courier service). Please send your returned items to: Alexandra Roman Limited, Bloxham Mill, Barford Road, Bloxham, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4FF. You will need to cover all return delivery costs including postage. (Note: If your goods were faulty when you received them we will refund postage costs). Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for missing parcels that have not been sent using recorded delivery. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as received, with all the original packaging, tags and labels within 30 working days of receipt
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please take care when packaging the item to send back to us.
All goods will be inspected on return. Any item can be returned if unsuitable. A refund will be given as long as the items returned are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and unaltered and free from fragrance – and with all tags intact on the item and free from stains or marks. Note: When trying on items, please be extra careful not to mark the dress with make-up or deodorant/fragrances. Shoes must be tried on indoors and should be returned unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging
We will then make the refund into your account or process your exchange. It can usually take up to 14 working days for your refund/exchange to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.
You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the item back to you without refund.
